Problem: Faced with the challenge of brand awareness and engagement, lead generation, and product sales, Ducis was losing to its competitors over its inability to generate more attention, leads, and sales.


My Role: Digital marketing strategist / Executive


Actions taken: With the major challenge being an inconsistent flow in sales and obtaining of clients. I did the following alongside team members to help the company reach its given goal.


  • Conducted market research about the company, featuring its competitors and competitive analysis.

  • Drafted a strategy document that will help the marketing team navigate their paths in carrying out marketing campaigns.

  • Took over the entire social media audit. Reviewed the social media presence, and gave strategic solutions on how to increase and maintain engagements.

  • Designed content templates for social media, and carried out campaigns that increased the company's audience base on social media.

  • I designed a lead magnet for growing the company’s customer and audience base. Generated quality leads with a customer lifetime value of $1000.

  • Organized, handled, and moderated team meetings, that involved how to achieve goals and hit targets.

  • Designed sales funnels for individual products and market penetration.

  • Evaluate and qualify the company's landing pages for efficient marketing purposes.


Strategy Document: The strategy document captures the situational analysis of the company, its objective, actions, and tactics. With self-explanatory details on the action steps.



Sales Funnels: Sales funnels are like the path to achieving your marketing results. When neglected can cause a lot of marketing roadblocks. Therefore, a sales funnel was designed to help the company specifically achieve its marketing results which was increased sales of products and customer base.



Content Audit: Website and social media content was audited, and restructured to suit the brand’s core message while communicating the brand’s core message to the target audience.


Lead Magnet Design: Compelling and valuable lead magnets were designed to help the company attract quality leads through social media ads, PPC, and SEO.


Landing Page Evaluation: Knowing fully well, that this will contribute to the general user experience on the company’s site, the landing pages were evaluated and structured to enhance user experience, while still enabling the visitors to take specific actions. Codes such as the Meta pixel and Google Analytics were installed on the landing page and site to enable the capturing of visitors' data. Live chatbots and 24/7 customer support were introduced to help give visitors a better experience and care.

 

Results: As the digital marketing executive with Ducis, I audited the brand's social media visibility and increased brand awareness by 30% in 3 months, developed content strategies that increased engagement by 80% across the company's online platforms, and designed 20+ compelling creatives per month for marketing campaigns, and designed lead magnets and customer acquisition strategies that generated 500+ quality leads in a two-month marketing period.
